En 2003 Pedro Nieto constituye Ellis & Partners en España la cual se dedica a la búsqueda de ejecutivos, retained executive search, centrándose en los sectores industriales, Químico, Farmacéutico, Renovables, Institucional, Servicios y Productos de Consumo entre otros.

Desde 2008 la firma es miembro del grupo internacional de empresas de búsquedas de ejecutivos Agilium Worldwide y desde 2014 el es su Global Chairman. Así mismo, es miembro del Círculo de Empresarios, del Consejo del Banco Lopez de Haro y Asesor del Presidente del Banco BDI. Ha colaborado con el IESE a lo largo de estos años en diferentes seminarios y charlas que se han organizado.

Licenciado en Medicina y Cirugía por la Universidad de Salamanca, España, y MBA por IESE Business School. Ocupó varios cargos en Prodesfarma (Almirall) y Boehringer Mannheim-Roche Diagnostics, hasta que fue nombrado Chief Operating Officer del Grupo Vita y posteriormente Director General de Laboratorios Salvat.

In 2003, Pedro Nieto established Ellis & Partners in Spain, dedicated to retained executive search, focusing mainly on the Industrial, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Renewables, Institutional, Services and Consumer Products sectors, among others.

Since 2008, the firm is a member of the international group of executive search companies Agilium Worldwide and since 2014 it is its Global Chairman. Likewise, he is a member of the Círculo de Empresarios, of the Board of Banco Lopez de Haro and Advisor to the President of Banco BDI. He has collaborated with IESE throughout these years in different seminars and talks that have been organized.

Pedro holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Salamanca, Spain, and an MBA from IESE Business School. He held several positions in Prodesfarma (Almirall) and Boehringer Mannheim-Roche Diagnostics until he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Grupo Vita and later Managing Director of Salvat Laboratories.
