Actualmente, es Asesor de Carrera Profesional en varios departamentos del IESE Business School. Comenzó su carrera en el Departamento de Recursos Humanos en KPMG Peat Marwick (EEUU) y posteriormente ocupó el cargo de Socio-Gerente en Gil Casares S.L., compañía centrada en proyectos de búsqueda de ejecutivos. Ha sido profesora y conferenciante de Planificación de Trayectoria Profesional en numerosas Escuelas de Negocios y Universidades de España.
Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (España), MBA por IE Business School y PDG por IESE Business School.

Marta began her career in the Human Resources Department at KPMG Peat Marwick (USA) and later held the position of Managing Partner at Gil Casares S.L., a company focused on executive search projects. She has been a lecturer in Professional Career Planning at numerous Business Schools and Universities in Spain.
A graduate in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain), MBA from IE Business School and PDG from IESE Business School.
