Es miembro de la Asociación Española de Directores de Recursos Humanos (AEDRH), y ha sido colaborador del Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) donde ha sido Conferenciante en materia de RH/Selección/Headhunting para diferentes Másters: Executive Master de Entidades Financieras, Máster de Opciones y Futuros y Máster de Auditoría Financiera.

Federico has an impressive career spanning nearly thirty years, with expertise in IT, Financial Services-Banking, Consulting, HR Management, Talent Development, and People Management. Over the years, he has held significant positions, including Senior HR Consultant, Senior Manager in Consulting at Michael Page, Seeliger&Conde, and PriceWaterhouseCooper, and HR Director at Banco Credit Suisse. He also co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Bayll Asociados and held the role of Senior Manager in HR Corporate Functions at Accenture. Additionally, Federico took on the responsibility of EMEA Talent & HR Director at Globant.
As a dedicated professional, Federico is actively involved in the Spanish Association of HR Directors (AEDRH) and collaborates with the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB).
