Ha sido Senior HR Consultant, Senior Manager de Consultoría (Michael Page, Seeliger&Conde y PriceWaterhouseCooper), Director de RH (Banco Credit Suisse), Socio fundador & Managing Director de Bayll Asociados, Senior Manager HR Corporate Functions (Accenture) y EMEA Talent & HR Director (Globant).

Es miembro de la Asociación Española de Directores de Recursos Humanos (AEDRH), y ha sido colaborador del Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB) donde ha sido Conferenciante en materia de RH/Selección/Headhunting para diferentes Másters: Executive Master de Entidades Financieras, Máster de Opciones y Futuros y Máster de Auditoría Financiera.

Es Licenciado en Business Administration por la E.S.I.A.E de Paris, Master en Mercados Financieros por la Universidad San Pablo C.E.U. de Madrid, ha cursado el programa de Community Management por Aliter International Business School, diversos programas de Agile Methodology por Accenture y está certificado en PowerBi by SolidQ.

Habla Español, Inglés, Francés e Italiano y posee conocimientos de Árabe.

Federico has an impressive career spanning nearly thirty years, with expertise in IT, Financial Services-Banking, Consulting, HR Management, Talent Development, and People Management. Over the years, he has held significant positions, including Senior HR Consultant, Senior Manager in Consulting at Michael Page, Seeliger&Conde, and PriceWaterhouseCooper, and HR Director at Banco Credit Suisse. He also co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Bayll Asociados and held the role of Senior Manager in HR Corporate Functions at Accenture. Additionally, Federico took on the responsibility of EMEA Talent & HR Director at Globant.

As a dedicated professional, Federico is actively involved in the Spanish Association of HR Directors (AEDRH) and collaborates with the Institute of Stock Market Studies (IEB). He has shared his expertise as a lecturer in HR, Selection, and Headhunting for various Master's programs, including the Executive Master in Financial Institutions, Master in Options and Futures, and Master in Financial Auditing.

Federico's educational background is equally impressive, with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from E.S.I.A.E in Paris and a Master's degree in Financial Markets from San Pablo C.E.U. University in Madrid. He has further enriched his knowledge through a Community Management program at Aliter International Business School and completed several Agile Methodology programs at Accenture. Notably, he holds a PowerBi certification from SolidQ.
