El 25 de mayo de 2018 entró en vigor el nuevo Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) que sustituirá a la actual normativa vigente en la Unión Europea.
De acuerdo a ello, en Ellis & Partners hemos actualizado la Política de Privacidad y Clausula de Confidencialidad para que ambas sean más fáciles de entender. Nuestra primera prioridad es la seguridad y privacidad de tus datos, por lo que nos comprometemos a cumplir los requisitos exigidos por el nuevo reglamento y no compartimos datos con terceros. En ambos documentos encontrarás qué datos son los que almacenamos, cómo y dónde, además del propósito de su almacenamiento y cómo los protegemos.
